ESP32 colliding mac addresses

Hi, So this is probably my favourite ESP32 program. Anyhow, I went on holiday, and custom modifications to the code were removed, and 3/4 ESP32's had identical hardware mac addresses, different to when I left on holiday. According to espressif, this is impossible, but it happened. I've raised a forum post with them. Just putting this here as a heads up about some extreme weirdness. Ofc, with matching mac addresses, it renders the cameras data colliding, mac address based ip assignments fail, and 2/3 of the ones with identical mac addresses are no longer usable. I don't expect this to happen to most users but really feel it may be of extreme interest to those serious about security.
