use 3-4 letter reference instead of single letter for project codes

Can be kept in .dex for mapping as per #28

E.g., task 223 from a project might be nawi223

hey @fire not really, unless you want to work on it. I’m the only dev. I’m planning on just going thru all these issues in one big code update lol. So keep an eye out for the next month or so.
