cannot download Arduino MBED OS Giga Boards 4.0.10

Good day,

i'm trying to use and Arduino GIGA R1 on Arduino IDE 2.2.1. When the download starts, i get the following error:

Error: 2 UNKNOWN: Get "http://downloads.arduino.cc/tools/openocd-0.11.0-arduino2-static-i686-w64-mingw32.zip": read tcp 192.168.2.194:53323->104.18.32.201:80: wsarecv: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.

And if i try again, the IDE stops completely. How can i solve?
