Enable accessibility filtering of friendly profiles

If espeakup or orca is present on the ISO and activated. Filter out unfriendly profiles might be an idea, given on a github comment.

The idea is that only a few desktops are actually accessibility friendly, such as:

• mate
• gnome
• xfce

And also have those profiles enable orca on startup.
