🚀 Feature: Use words/phrases with hyperlink in response according to their reference in docs

Documents like HTML, MD, PDF, and DOCX can include hyperlinked words or phrases. When a response is generated that contains those words/phrases it is nice to bring the URL under those hyperlinks.

🎤 Why is this feature needed ?

For ease of reading the response from document chat. For example, source doc includes this: To generate the workflow follow this [example](http://path.to.example) file. Currently it seems the URL part is not considered when reading and training the doc. So when asking about "how to generate workflow", the chat refers to that "example" without providing the link.

✌️ How do you aim to achieve this?

Keep track of hyperlinks from source doc and insert them in the response.
