Changing sidecars is not picked up in running deployment

To reproduce:

  • Create an ArangoDeployment without any sidecars
  • Wait for it to run
  • Then modify the ArangoDeployment, adding a sidecar

Expected result:

  • The pods are rotated (1 by 1) to include the sidecar changes

Actual result:

  • Nothing changes
