No support for `aarch64`

Hello, I'm working on porting open fold to a Grace Hopper machine (Arm / aarch64). When trying to install according to the instructions I get:

PackagesNotFoundError: The following packages are not available from current channels:

 - pytorch::pytorch-cuda==12.1
 - pytorch::pytorch==2.1
 - mkl=2022.1*
 - libgcc=7.2*

The purpose of this issue is to ask what the plans for support aarch64 are and how I can help. I'm working on a PR on a fork.

Is there any plans to support Arm? And would you prefer the conda or container approach?

I also need to port to arm to run on Grace Hopper! Did you ever have any luck with this? I'd be willing to help if you still have interest.
