Expose aptly repo.aptly.info via HTTPS

It would be good to have aptly repo exposed via SSL - https://repo.aptly.info

The only problem there is the cost, as HTTPS requires CloudFront. I will try to configure it as part of the experiment

I believe that in practice each change to the repo will require invaliding the Cloudfront cache to avoid "interesting" issues with the repository. But that detail aside using Cloudfront would still make a lot of sense. I would personally use Amazon Certificate Manager certificates with DNS validation (CNAME records) to keep things simple.
