Fix indirect URLs

Changes are for these Asana tasks:

• Fix incorrect links that end up in 40x
• Fix indirect links that target pages in docs, the blog, or other sites.

Summary:

• fix incorrect link targets
• add missing trailing /
• remove URL formatting from localhost and API URLs
• fix http to https for website URLs

⚠️ Note that some of the changes affect the symlinked repo readmes!
