Docker hub entry outdated

The docker hub entry for drafter doesn't seem to have the 4.1.0 release.

There's already automation from dockerhub, but looks like a token expired. Will look into getting that fixed, thanks for reporting. For some reason there isn't alerting that this failed on our side.
