Integrated sort line

Description

Almost every texteditor has a "sort line" tool. Netbeans is still missing it. There exists an unofficial plugin: sort-line tools

But I think this should be added to core. This is often useful, e.g. sorting case-statements, file-lists (in textfiles) and other stuff.
