[ARCHETYPE-692] Get rid of components.xml

Not clear this one can simply be deleted. Is it used somehow? If so, what is the Guice equivalent?

Also need to deal with archetype-packaging/src/site/apt/archetype-packaging.apt.vm

Can not be easy deleted, it define archetype-packaging, can be replaced by by something like: https://cstamas.org/blog/2024/09/add-new-maven-lifecycle/
