Fix/fixing the build

Fixed the problem with the Grafana build (Would be great if the build wouldn't always automatically update the grafana plugin sdk).

Added many test-dependencies to logback in order to get the logs of tests in the console.

Found one regularly failing test in the iotdb-server and disabled it for now. The difference between actual and expected is exactly one hour and it's in the time where we have daylight saving here in CET ... so I was assuming this might be a test that is affected by time-zone differences.
