404 file not found on the RPM

Tried fetching the RPM for cpanel from this GIT and the other one... both link to a file not found RPM: https://github.com/Prajithp/cpanel/raw/master/EA4/ea-apache24-mod_pagespeed-1.9-32.11.src.rpm

Even using the RPM available at the same EA4 folder gives me an error: rpmbuild --rebuild ea-apache24-mod_pagespeed-latest-stable.src.rpm Installing ea-apache24-mod_pagespeed-latest-stable.src.rpm error: ea-apache24-mod_pagespeed-latest-stable.src.rpm cannot be installed

Is pagespeed module no longer available for cpanel users?

The link is clearly out of date but the files are there, try one of these: https://github.com/Prajithp/cpanel/blob/master/EA4/ea-apache24-mod_pagespeed-latest-stable.src.rpm https://github.com/pagespeed/cpanel/blob/master/EA4/ea-apache24-mod_pagespeed-latest-stable.src.rpm

Having said that, they don't actually work for me, after downloading I get failure on the next line:

rpmbuild --rebuild ea-apache24-mod_pagespeed-latest-stable.src.rpm Installing ea-apache24-mod_pagespeed-latest-stable.src.rpm error: ea-apache24-mod_pagespeed-latest-stable.src.rpm cannot be installed
