[SUPPORT] Hope to maintain a stable version

The current development route is that the next release will add some new functions and fix bugs in the old branch. However, the newly added functions will introduce new bugs. I hope the community can modify some important bugs on the released branch.Release new versions at the same time, for example: 0.11.2, 0.11.3。

+1, but i guess the community is too busy to do that right now, maybe we can do that after release 1.0.0.

0.12.1 was out and 0.12.x is meant to be a stable version
