cannot open image of type HEIC on iOS devices

Bug Report

On opening the HEIC image with open method, it shows blank white screen

What is expected to happen?

It must show the image

Still May 2, 2023 we are facing this issue. Alternate plugins also not working like cordova-plugin-heic, cordova-plugin-photo-library
