[BUG] Logo and Links Scroll Issue on svgwave.in

Bug Description: After visiting the website svgwave.in, when scrolling down the page, the top logo and the line containing the "Buy me coffee", GitHub link and other links also scroll down. As a result, they hide behind the website content.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the svgwave.in website.
2. Scroll down the page.

Expected Behavior: The top logo and the line with links should remain fixed at the top of the page and not scroll down with the content.

Actual Behavior: The top logo and the line with links scroll down and hide behind the website content.

Environment:

• Browser: brave
• Operating System: windows 11
