Add an option to display SkyVector charts as the base map

Either replace or add a button to switch between Google Maps and SkyVector charts (http://skyvector.com) for the base map.

I have been looking at doing just this but the only thing preventing me/us from doing this is that it appears that the maps that skyvector does not offer any API (that I could find) to use the underlying maps or image server.

It will be a bit, father is back in the hospital, so more black hole time for me. Why don't you email them and ask. CC me on it using my email of the.lost.minded at gmail dot com. Hopefully they will understand to include me on the response.

@terribl @bdavenport has there been any contact with SkyVector? Could be a nice feature to merge if there's an agreement with them.
