正确行为：浏览器设置了字体大小之后 Ellipsis 的省略计算应当准确

感觉这个锅要浏览器来背，antd-mobile 应该不会解决了（大概率也解决不了）

好的，这个问题暂时我们也没管，关系到浏览器对页面渲染的处理了吧，设置了字体大小之后真实渲染跟代码写的字号是不一样的
