Reorg the packages

We should probably have the following packages under Ansys organization.

• ansys/mapdl: standard CentOS based
• ansys/mapdl-ubuntu: standard Ubuntu bases
• ansys/mapdl-ubuntu-student: Student version
• ansys/mapdl-dev: ansys/mapdl-ubuntu + python + xvfb + ... + dependencies for development/devcontainer.

And get rid of ansys/pymapdl.

Do we really need a separate image for the student version if all we need is to supply an alternate license file?

Anyways, i will be up for different packages because I find it more clear than having multiple tags. Although they do look similar.

I will need more information on how to construct a student container then. I don't imagine we'll just pack the student license into the container directly
