Please fire "mouseLeaveAnnotation" event when leaving the OSD canvas

The "mouseLeaveAnnotation" event is not fired if the mouse cursor leaves the OSD canvas at a location where an annotation is cropped by the canvas boundaries, so that the cursor never crosses the actual annotation boundaries.
