File watch api will available from Chrome 129. Currently, when chrome restart markClipper update notelist in vault. For manually refresh notelist, go to permission page and click on "refresh" icon

Note file observer feature available from version 1.0.11. markClipper update notelist when you delete or create note file in obsidian or local file explorer Only work when extension's permission page opened.
