The CLA has been signed up on my end, but it does not show up here, can someone please check. Also the CI test failures are due to unrelated timeout issues. Thanks

Following up on ray-pankaj - the CLA is signed and the failed tests appear unrelated to the changes. Since BrowserStack has updated to HTTPS and Protractor's integration is outdated, can someone reevaluate this?

as I know next release will be against selenium4 branch. It might be better to create PR against this branch. @cnishina , could you clarify?

@CrispusDH - does this imply we need to wait for the Selenium4 release which was due Dec 2018? It would be nice to know an ETA - since we have been waiting for this fix. Thanks
