docs: add documentation for grid features on Wiki

This is a very important docs issue, one that @ThomasBurleson and I hope to resolve soon. We have a plan for an entirely new approach to docs, and an independent docs site, which is why I'm hesitant to commit to filling in the gaps right now. If we don't have a concrete plan in place by the end of the month, I'll add the missing docs.

Or, if someone would like to add them, PRs are always welcome!

This is something I do need to get back to. Unfortunately, this has slipped down my list of priorities but it is something I'm looking to get back to as soon as I can.

Can we please add a page that says the docs aren't available yet ? I might try adding some as I imagine most of them are self explanatory.
