Hi There, shouldn't it be a starter project? I think [bootstrap](https://github.com/angular/angular2-seed/blob/master/package.json#L29 ) should not be in this package. probably is there by mistake. Thank you!

Hey How can i use bootstrap css, i see it appear in the yern.lock file but when i try to use bootstrap it's not recognized.
