Angular 1.3.6

Hi,

I've tried to install ui-tinymce in a Visual Studio 2017 solution through a nuget package. Unfortunately, I cannot update the version of angular from 1.3.6 to 1.4.x, it just breaks too many things in our code (which is kind of big project). Therefore I decided to clone the ui-tinymce git repo and copy the code directly into a file in my solution (instead of going through the nuget package and updating angular).

1. Which is the latest version I can safely use that works fine with angular 1.3.6? (I've tried with v0.0.14, with some errors showing up now and then)

2. Why is it necessary to have angular 1.4.x?
