How to stop draggable event & how to get drag-over cell date while dragging

Hello Everyone, I am using ui-calendar and I have following issues,

  1. While dragging to other date how to detect cell date (drag-over cell date)
  2. How to stop draggable event conditionally

Could anyone help me to figure out this
