upgrade full calendar to version 3.4.0

This would be amazing. Currently we aren't using ui-calendar due to the fullcalendar 2.x dependency. Were there no breaking changes in the code itself from the dependency updates?

I like the topic of the pull request. Using an up-to-date version of fullcalendar helps getting latest bugfixes.

This pull request is untouched since 4 months. Will there be a merge or comments of whats missing?

@korengal how did you test this? I updated the bower.json & tried to use the updated files, unfortunately the calendar no longer displays events.

@aschip I don't use ui-calendar any more, you can get the latest version of full calendar and make you own component for it. its working great.
