SolrBundle

This Bundle integrates the possibility to index Doctrine Entities with Doctrine Events or with a API

The fork is a re-build of floriansemm's bundle. I felt it had a several missing features and a few design flaws, so I have re-written a lot of it, hopefully making it better.
