Animation inspector

Hi. I use Motion Layouts for Jetpack Compose in my project and they are awesome! Really grat job!

Can you add support for Animation inspector in Android Studio please.

It is being worked on. We want to stabilize the library a bit more. Studio/library being in compatible is super important. People are often restricted from (or forced to) upgrade.

When do you expect to release the tool?

We have no plans.. Its goals:

  • A playground for us to explore ideas which gets folded back into Studio.
  • A tool for teams that do not use studio
  • Assess the viability of creating an InteliJ plugin
  • Long term as we hope to support the JSON ML/CL across multiple platforms.

If we saw lots of request/demand our plans would change.
