How to support sim card

If I don't have WiFi, I still want to use the Internet, i can use sim card 。 just like phone,do you have any ideas 。3q

Critical issue for us, currently we faced with issue when we need provide Internet, but we don't have WiFi connection at all. May be some one have solutions for this issue?
