Add Cleanup template workflow

Hi, Inspired by Intellij plugin template & Kotlin android template I was thinking about adding a cleanup workflow that cleanup things like package name, template specific details when someone hits "Use this template" button. I've already implemented it in a fork of this project but I've opened an issue first to take acceptance If it is, I can raise a pull request with the implementation
