Windows support

Hello, is Windows support planned?

Hey, Im currently not doing immediate work on it, but it is probably not that hard to add. A few registers in emit.c need to be swapped around to respect the windows calling convention, then you need something like cygwin or mingw to provide the assembler. That is about all that would be needed.
