Bootstrap-v5 compatibility

First of all, thank you for excellent project! This is something that should be in bootstrap itself. But..

There is no compiled .css files for popover styles for bootstrap-v5. Also, for bootstrap-v4 .js files included, if it is not needed for bootstrap 5, may be you can write about this in readme?

Bootstratp v5 was released, so it is time to add it anywhere :)

Thank you very much for the feedback. I appreciate your support.

Regarding your notice: indeed, I forgot to push the compiled files (dist folder) for bootstrap-v5 popovers. I've fixed them today, so it should be fine right now.

I should also update the readme section (at the moment when I played with bootstrap-v5, it was in a beta version, so I decided to be 'silent' untill it was official released) & to release a new version of this package on npm.

I will leave this issue opened till I'm done with the things described above.

I also plan to implement a proper demo page, I have a few sketches on my local computer, but I need to find some free time, willingness and inspiration to finish it.
