How about supporting inclinable tips with angle configuration

As titled, I found in some special cases (fro example, there're many jammed tooltips), it's lovely to support inclinable tips with angle configuration, see attached.

I guess I can provide a separate API to specify both the originating rect and the popover rect. I'll look into it.

To this end... is there a way to shift the tooltip left and right? I can shift it up and down using offset but when a tooltip is showing up off screen I can't figure out how to move it more to the right/left to get it back.

Try the bubbleOffset property instead of offset
