add openziti to the readme

Hi @dovholuknf. Not defunct, just a busy summer!

The reason I haven't merged this yet is because I like to vet each tool to make sure it's useful for viewers of the list. Specifically that means people looking for simple ways to self-host services on their own hardware. When I first started the list I added everything I could find. Now I try to keep it more focused. I may eventually start removing tools that don't provide a significant difference/advantage, or maybe just split things into more sections to clean it up.

Tools like openziti that appear more complex and accomplish other tasks in addition to simple tunneling make the review process more difficult. If you have a link so some documentation or a blog post that shows how easy it is to host a webserver on your own hardware tunneled through OpenZiti, that would make it easier for me to evaluate.

Would a video walkthrough be cool? It's a lot quicker for me to make a video than produce 'decent' doc... :) I'm gonna make a video now and demonstrate it.
