Just some naming improvements

I think you missed a folder named Toro to make it PSR compliant.

As this is a breaking change, I propose this be merged in a v3 of Toro. Thoughts, @anandkunal?

@martinbean - Completely agree. We should probably organize a quick meetup in the near future and put out a roadmap for the new hotness that we want to add for v3.

@martinbean As you say, Hook fits nice with the project besides that put another name would be change the essence of the project

I want to use ToroHook in my own project, is there any possibility of splitting ToroRouter and ToroHook in 2 projects?
