Could you please consider adding these S-Meter

There is a folk of this repo that has S-meter & TX-meter, AGC, etc...

@pavelmc Could you please confirm that your S-meter is working correctly? I've made it but it looks that even with strong signal voltage at A6 pin s only 0,1V.....
