Error : 'createElement' Is not a function

Hi, So I'm getting this issue suddenly with v1.3.4. I have seen the issues on here and they are related to v1.2.X, and the fix was applied by the creator, so there was no way I could try and fix it. Did a full reinstall, but nothing changed.

reverted to 1.2.17 for now and that works.
