Add a Google Gemini API key as a github repo secret

The idea is to setup a github actions definition for automated Issue and PR handling.

Automatically analyze newly submitted issues and autonomously code a PR that can be further iterated on if necessary. This could also be run against historical issues.

For human-submitted PRs, the idea would be to streamline PR review. The AI coder would be the first to review every PR, submitting comments and recommending modifications. Human verification is still required but this should significantly cut down on time to review.

Related: I have also recommended https://github.com/amark/gun/issues/1370 that some select contributors (I would like to contribute in this fashion) be provided a funded (Should such funding be possible) API key for use in roocode to further iterate on fixes. This issue is specifically about Github actions but Github actions will only get you so far.
