ALVR panicked

Everytime I try to open ALVR, my steam vr could run with no problem, but it always says ALVR panicked and with message:unavailable. I have already run alvr on my headset, but the problem remains, and no matter which version I'm using, I've tried them all and got the same result everytime.

Try restarting your pc, this just happened to me and that fixed it.
