Expand example gallery with section using JupyterChart

It would be nice if we can expand our Example Gallery with a section of examples using the JupyterChart component.

I'm aware that a true working example requires currently an active Python kernel, but maybe we can circumvent this with a screenshot/animated gif or recording.

I'm in favor. I was just thinking that it would be nice to include your example from https://github.com/altair-viz/altair/issues/2760#issuecomment-1961478915 somewhere in the docs
