Version 2.2.7 'installer' NSIS Error !!!!

Setup is Windows x64 'Windows' . When i try to install it on UPdated version of Win10 x64, I Get this error: https://imgur.com/a/EMwJSpU

& Now, I can't download it :-( Just right now . The Setup X64 Windows .

Here no problem, maybe the problem is linked with your computer. Have you an antivirus?
