Allure Custom report name

How can we customize report name using Allure 2 ? method "processEnvironmentXml" used to read from "environment.xml" is removed in Allure 2.

I think this functionality is broken currently, a simple solution in the short term is to just clone the repo, modify the data and rebuild it, then use this. I have overriden both logo / report name and various other pieces of data in the report which is compiled and used locally by me until there is a PR to fix these issue(s)

After import code base and I ran build.gradle for each sub-project. However I always got the following issue:

Configure project :allure-generator start up development server on localhost:3000 (demo) Configuration archives specified but does not exist in project :. Configuration(s) specified but the install task does not exist in project :.

Inside the eclipse configuration, I can choose which version of gradle I could use to compile. Can you share the configuration of the runner with me.

I have changed the title by cloning the repository from git and built a local copy. (I am using Windows OS).

Prerequisite

1. Gradle Version 5.2.1-https://gradle.org/releases/
2. Node Js-https://nodejs.org/en/download/ -npm -6.4.1

After installing prerequisite please follow below steps

1. Clone the repository- Link: https://github.com/allure-framework/allure2.git
2. Assume the repository is saved locally under C:\allure2-2.10.0
3. Navigate to C:\allure2-2.10.0\allure-generator\src\main\java\io\qameta\allure\summary
4. Edit SummaryPlugin.Java file with any text editor
5. Search for setReportName("Allure Report"); and change to whatever name you want to give. Example setReportName("Automation Report")and save that file
6. Navigate to C:\allure2-2.10.0\allure-generator
7. Open command prompt (cmd) from this folder.Type gradle build and hit enter
8. Wait for few mins till it builds. It takes around 20 mins.
9. Navigate to c:\allure2-2.10.0\allure-generator\build\libs
10. Copy newly created file in build\libs folder allure-generator-2.10.0.jar file
11. I have installed manually from https://docs.qameta.io/allure/#_manual_installation
12. Navigate to allure-2.10.0\allure-2.10.0\lib and override allure-generator-2.10.0.jar file with the file created newly from the gradle build folder Generate reports to get new customised title.

I have the allure-generator-2.13.0 an inside the jar there is only the class file. So I decomplie that file when we again compile the jave file there are some dependencies on other file. so unable to compile it. can u have any other wor around

Since there's no way to replace the report title currently, other than recompiling the code, I wrote a python program to change the report name after the report generation. I run this script before serving the report

title = "My New Report"

   x = report.read().replace("Allure Report", title)
with open('target\\allure-report\\widgets\\summary.json','w+') as report:
    report.write(x)
