Scrolling on the test view page does not work after clicking on test on the "Timeline" page

What is the current behavior?

I am not able to scroll on "testresult' page after redirecting from "Timeline" page

If the current behavior is a bug, please provide the steps to reproduce and if possible a minimal demo of the problem

1. Open Allure report
2. Select "Timeline" tab
3. Click on any test
4. Make sure that you can't scroll

What is the expected behavior?

I can scroll and see all test steps

What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?

I need to spend time for search test and check all steps

I am still experiencing the same problem with allure 2.13.9 release as well.

It is quite annoying as there is no easy way to navigate to an alternate view of the same test result easily.

We use allure-kotlin version 2.2.6 and experience the same problem viewing History of testcase.
