@see external links always have .html appended

The jsDoc @see annotation allows also external urls. The generator always appends .html at the end of @links. Even if the user can actually add a new template overriding the class.html file the default template (angular-template) should be in compliance with the jsDoc reference (http://usejsdoc.org/tags-see.html)
