[BUG] Pegasus engine crate's bench modules now have many errors need repairing

Describe the bug Pegasus engine has updated many times, but its bench modules have not beed updated with the engine. Therefore, the bench modules now have many errors to be repaired

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to GraphScope/research/engine/pegasus
2. cargo bench
3. Then you can see a lot of errors. Besides, these errors can be checked by rust-analyzers

Expected behavior No errors with cargo bench

Environment (please complete the following information):

• GraphScope version: latest master
• OS: macOS 12.4
• Version nightly rust 1.64
