[Suggestion] About merging Chinese and English versions together

I see that you have two versions seperated from each other:

1. Chinese Version: https://github.com/chjw8016/alibaba-java-style-guide
2. And here's the English version.

So my suggestion is that they should be both synchronized and merged.
