Rules not getting Evaluated and values are not being displayed in dashboard

Dear Team, We are using the flowchart plugin v 1.0 with grafana version 7.5.9. We are guerying the prometheus metrics for the values. Around 50+ queries and 50+ rules are applied on the dashboard. When we load the dashboard the values are not being displayed in Grafana. However, when we edit the panel and refresh the rules, the values are getting populated. However, when we exit the edit panel, still values are not visible on the main dashboard panel. Kindly advise if there is any limitation on the number of rules and also why the rules are not getting evaluated automatically.
