„Arrow: Anime flow“ not working with Safari on macOS/iOS

Hi all, First, many thanks for this incredible useful plugin! Unfortunately, the Arrow: Anime flow -Animation is very buggy with Safari. I tried it on Mac, iPhone and iPad, the behavior is all the same. With Chrome it is working as expected on Mac, but on iPhone and iPad it is buggy with chrome too. Maybe the following video helps to understand the problem:

By the way, is it possible to change the speed of the arrow animation? Whatever number I put in the Value-field doesn’t really seem to influence the animation…
